Have you ever had a shitty agency that does not want to provide you InDesign files and keeps referring to the contract your employer signed with them where "production ready PDFs" were the only thing they committed to?

Or shitty agencies that when they do find the time to send you the InDesign files, each of the pages has an EPS file there that you then need to edit individually (who the f*** works like this??!?!?!?)
